Article submission includes:

  • Proofreading and editing of the article. Punctuation and spelling will be corrected automatically. More extensive editing will be sent to the Client for approval.
  • Formatting of the article as per publisher guidelines.
  • Individual submission of each article to the maximum number of topic appropriate sites on my list. Actual number of submissions depends upon the topic.
  • Creation of accounts at article directory sites (about 15) where required with a report of login and passwords created.
  • Completion of the author profile when offered with your picture, biography and a link to your site.
  • Processing of confirmation e-mail.
  • A report at the end of the project that includes the name of the submission sites and a copy of login and password report.
  • Limited follow-up.  If you have an article rejected within a few days of the submission please forward the e-mail to me.  If you want to change your biography or link on a site please do so.   If you find your article published without the active link feel free to contact the article site to correct.  If you would like to receive unlimited follow-up after an article submission please ask me about a retainer package.

What I need from you:

  • An original article never distributed on-line or in print with a word count between 500 and 1,000 characters.
  • Your physical address, telephone number and pubic e-mail address.
  • A digital photograph.
  • A by-line for your article of less than 450 characters.
  • An e-mail address created for article submission.  This e-mail should be “articles@yourwebsitehere.com.  Forward that e-mail to my e-mail address so I can handle confirmations.  You will receive e-mail to this address.
  • No promotion of site anywhere except by-line.

For an additional fee I can review landing pages or digital giveaways.  Publication of the article is not guaranteed and it can take up to six months for the article to appear on every site that plans to use it.
