Davis Virtual Assistance offers a service to help you get booked on podcasts. The process takes 4 to 6 but be aware it can take 3 to 6 months to get your first booking.
The benefit of appearing on podcasts are many and include:
- Get access to the active and involved listeners of the podcasts that have you as a guest.
- Build recognition, foster positive connections, and establish trust within your desired audience to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Boost your SEO presence by securing valuable back links from the hosts of these podcasts.
- Cultivate relationships with podcast hosts, opening doors to potential referrals and partnerships.
The project itself works like this:
- You will have a Zoom consultation to discuss the project and the best audience for you.
- You will be sent a questionnaire to capture the details needed for pitching.
- You will send me a headshot, biography and information about what you want to promote.
- You will choose between a Google Sheet or an Excel spreadsheet stored in Dropbox for the capture of your podcast list. The completed podcast spreadsheet will be released to you once everyone has been pitched.
- You will receive a draft podcast pitch to review and once you change and approve it pitching will start.
- The entire project will take 4 to 6 weeks.
Pricing:
Our podcast package includes everything above and 30 podcasts. The price is $1,000.00. Half will be paid by you when a contract is signed and the other half will be paid once the project is completed (or in four weeks whichever comes first).
