How Bonnie Works With Clients

Upon contacting Bonnie, you will receive a questionnaire to complete and return. This step is essential in determining whether her services align with your project’s needs.

As an independent contractor, Bonnie is not considered an employee. Consequently, her clients are not responsible for paying benefits or taxes on any of her invoices.

Once you and Bonnie agree on the services you need Bonnie will schedule all deliverables and work at her own pace. Bonnie organizes her work into dedicated time blocks to ensure that each client receives the focused attention their project deserves.

Bonnie maintains a flexible schedule, accommodating non-traditional hours. She will arrange a monthly Zoom call at a time convenient for you, typically lasting no longer than one hour. Outside of these calls, communication will primarily occur via email and text.

For clients who sign a retainer agreement, payment is due at the beginning of each month for that month’s work. For project-based engagements, a deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Bonnie is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. As such, she cannot share examples of previous work or fees but is happy to discuss the scope of services she has provided. Additionally, she will provide references that you may contact prior to entering into a working agreement.

Bonnie offers a variety of services for authors and writers who want to create, publish and promote. She also offers her services to publishers.  Please contact Bonnie at bonnie@davisvirtualassistance.com for more information.
